IntroductionThe following Sponsorship Opportunity Pack-age allows you to select the event sponsor-ships and advertising opportunities that best fit your organization. We believe that being a sponsor, at any level, is a business growth opportunity for all of our vendor and man-ager partners. Our extensive list of networking and educational opportunities provides our sponsors with an important forum to introduce themselves to potential clients and create meaningful relationships within our membership and the community.

In making your selections, please keep in mind that the 2016 CAI Oregon Sponsorship pro-gram helps you achieve two worthwhile goals: it affords your company an opportunity to increase its visibility in order to build your business; and it helps CAI Oregon grow and expand its offerings, which enhances your ex-posure to potential clients.

Becoming a Sponsor

We have made selecting and paying for your sponsorships easier than ever! Go to our web-site at www.caioregon.org and select and pay for your sponsorships and advertising oppor-tunities from the comfort of your office with your credit card!

You may also use the enclosed order form to select your 2016 sponsorships and submit the form, with payment, to our Chapter Executive Director. You will want to work directly with the Executive Director to ensure that the opportu-nities you have selected are still available.

Sponsorship Options

All of our sponsorship options in 2016 are “A la Carte” style, so feel free to purchase as many, or as few, sponsorships as you wish. Remember that every sponsorship is an opportunity to make a connection with an area manager or community volunteer leader.

This packet contains a list of our events and advertising that have a sponsorship op-portunity. As you familiarize yourself with our events, be sure to take note of the sponsor-ships available. Each type of sponsorship is listed with the number of sponsorships available of that type, and the cost.

**Please Note**Since many of our events are popular, there are occasionally situations where multiple sponsors will want to take advantage of the same sponsorship opportunity. As such, CAI Oregon’s policy is to accept reserve spon-sorship selections on a “first come, first serve” basis with the sponsorship being reserved at the time payment is received.

Sponsorships will be available for purchase as of October 1, 2015 during our Spon-sorship Kick-off Event. After that time, you may send in your form or order sponsorships online at any time. We encourage you to purchase sponsorships during our two dis-count events.

We will be having a spcial event on October 1, 2015 to kick-off our 2016 sponsorship sign-up. If you attend our kick-off event on October 1st, you will receive 8% off of your entire order. The sponsorship kick-off will be held at the CAI Offices on October 1, 2015 at 9:00 am.

Charity Poker Tournament & Casino Night

For two years, we have had an incredibly fun evening at the Cornelius Pass Roadhouse raisng money for CAI Oregon and The Good Neighbor Center in Tigard, Oregon. In ad-dition to our poker tournament, we will also have other casino games, including roulette, blackjack, and craps. This is not only an incredibly fun event, but it also benefits CAI and a great local charity.
