Shawn Baldwin

Mr. Baldwin attended University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri and Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he received a B.S. in Organizational Communications from MSU in Springfield, Mo. in 1989.

In August of 2010, Shawn assumed his current role as SVP-Sam’s Fresh and Freezer-Cooler. He currently has responsibility for Fresh Merchandising, Fresh Operations, Demos, Product Development, and Freezer-Cooler Merchandising for Sam’s Club U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Shawn and his wife Barbara live in Bentonville with their two boys Levi and Satchel. He is an active member in his community including being an active supporter of SIFE and a coach of Upward Basketball and Football teams.

Terms and Conditions

This contract is subject to the terms and conditions stated below. Contributor has read, understands and

agrees to be bound by these terms as a condition of contribution.

Please make checks payable to Youth Bridge, Inc. Sponsors

should include a logo as it should appear in any publicity

or marketing materials for this event. Logos are accepted

in the following formats: jpeg, gif, or png file. Big ticket

auction item donors should also include images pertinent

to items (i.e. pictures of vacation home, hotel, etc.).

Any collateral material produced for the event, including

apparel and specialty items, not specifically addressed in

the sponsor benefits must be approved by Youth Bridge,

Inc. and are to be produced at the expense of the sponsor.

Your support is sincerely appreciated. Proceeds will

benefit Youth Bridge, Inc., a non-profit organization with

501 (c)3 status for tax purposes. Youth Bridge Inc. Tax ID

number is 71-0387126.

Contributors may use the “It’s A Wonderful Life” Roast and

Toast Gala name in advertising and promotional materials

only with the written permission of Youth Bridge, Inc. All

requests must be submitted in writing, with samples, if

applicable, to Youth Bridge a minimum of three days

before media deadlines. Youth Bridge may withhold its

consent to use the name “It A Wonderful Life” Roast and

Toast Gala for any reason it deems necessary.

Failure to pay any portion of your contribution on or

before the date due as indicated on the attached contract

or any invoice sent by Youth Bridge shall result in the

forfeiture of your contributor rights.

Contributors are entitled to the right and benefits

associated with the sponsorship level indicated on the

appropriate page of the Sponsorship Packet. Youth

Bridge reserves the right to make non-material

modification to those benefits from time to time.

Youth Bridge has the right, upon request, to require

Contributor to provide an independent appraisal of the

value of certain in-kind donations prior to acceptance of

such donation as credit towards your contribution.

Youth Bridge shall not be responsible for damages that

result from delays or postponements of “It’s A

Wonderful Life” Roast and Toast Gala due to

circumstances beyond our control.

Youth Bridge Youth Bridge is a non-profit organization that has been working with

adolescents and their families in Northwest and North Central

Arkansas since 1963. Our programs serve approximately 3000

clients every year in the areas of substance abuse, homelessness,

behavioral issues, and family issues.
