With The Eliminate Project, Kiwanis International and UNICEF
have joined forces to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus.
This deadly disease steals the lives of nearly 60,000 innocent ba-
bies and a significant number of women each year. The effects
of the disease are excruciating — tiny newborns suffer repeated,
painful convulsions and extreme sensitivity to light and touch.
To eliminate MNT from the Earth, more than 100 million mothers
and their future babies must be immunized. It will take US$110
million — and the dedicated work of UNICEF and every mem-
ber of the Kiwanis family.
Our goal for 2015 is to completely ELIMINATE MNT.
Are you still up for the challenge?
PNW AND KEY CLUB INTERNATIONAL raised a total of
$80, 778.40 which is equivalent to 89,754 lives!

Division 65 Senior Send-Off Banquet
On Friday, May 31st, Division 65 had the opportunity to honor their graduating seniors at a lovely, semi-formal ceremony held at Rock Creek Church. The even-
ing consisted of an exquisite Asian cuisine dinner provided by Mrs. Ahmed & Mrs. Senekham. During dinner, we shared a toast for our seniors and took a trip
down nostalgia lane. Then, each school had the opportunity to serenade their seniors by speaking on behalf of them, recognizing their hard work, and/or sing-
ing them an anthem. The graduates were given sashes that read “DIV 65 KEY CLUB” and red roses. Division 65 appreciates all the time our seniors have given to
bettering our clubs and serving as role models within our schools. The evening finished with an assortment of desserts, cake, pictures, and lots of tears. We also
left the church the way it was found! Thank you, Division 65, for making this event possible with your kind donations. We raised $200 for Eliminate!
SENIORS. We are so proud of you and your passion for serving others will take you far! Don’t forget Division 65 Key Club!
