Outlook for January For December 2013, the Redondo Beach residential real estate market posted promising data statistics

given it was a holiday month and people tend to be more focused on family and friends rather than

homes, mortgages, and property insurance. Overall trending improvements were seen in total sales,

median sales price, sales/listing ratio, and inventory turnover. Trending a bit negative were median days

to sell and the number of listings.

Forecasts for the New Year are reassuring given stable interest in buyer and seller activity and because

the cost to borrower money remains at historically low levels. For questions concerning market trending
