Outlook for February

Who said the winter-holiday season adversely affects real estate activity in Redondo Beach? According

to the MLS this friendly beach community recorded 46 sales, posted a 47.4% sales/listing ratio, and

closed out the month with a median market sales price of $815K. – Not too bad!

“What is my forecast for February?” you ask. Most likely lots more of the same. Given the Fed’s recent

announcement concerning an interest rate hike sometime in mid-to-late 2015 I suspect buyers are

already positioning themselves to take advantage of historically low mortgage rates while they last.
