Summary Real estate investment activity in Redondo Beach for February produced mix results as total sales and sales-listing ratio slumped by double digits (respectively, 37% and 46.8%) relative to noticeable month-to-month improvements for the market median sales price, net listings, and median days to sell stats (respectively, 7.9%, 18.4% and -25%).
