Outlook for February

Data analysis of Redondo Beach real estate activity for January 2014 relative to the same time last year

revealed a 4.3% increase in total sales, an 8.0% improvement in the median sales price, and a 26.7%

reduction in the median days to sell. Figures for both listings and months of inventory were identical year-

over-year.

Accordingly, evidence suggests market performance projections for February are likely to improve or

remain somewhat equal when compared to January stats. One caveat, however, is what impact if any the

tax season might have on selling or buying interests.
