Summary The Redondo Beach real estate market continues to successfully attract enthusiastic buyers and sellers as total sales, median days to sell, and the sales/listing ratio tallied double digit improvements in October compared to September figures. Although the median sales price and total listings moved in the opposite direction, deltas computed were in the low single digit range. Year-over-year the median sales price is up by 5.2% or $42K.
