    Outlook for March

    Well, real estate activity in Redondo Beach during the month of February produced rather uninspiring

    results. While the median days to sell and listings stats trended positive the remaining points of

    reference, however, moved in the opposite direction including, but not limited to, total sales and the

    market median sales price.

    Unfortunately at this time it is difficult to identify contributing factors for Februarys performance.Although, historically speaking January through April 15th tends to be slow periods for real estate

    because people are gearing down after a busy holiday season and then turn their focus on the tax

    season shortly thereafter. Thus, March is likely to produce similar data but as the calendar encroaches

    upon summertime the market is expected to regain its strength.
