Method and compass observeObservations of a compass bearing to the target is

based on the following measures: -

a. Install and go get a compass on the stop tripod

selected. Level the compass so that the compass dial are in

free conditions.

 b. Point the blade calm to the target (pole row) and aligned

cool bar with a target capillary.

c. Read the bearing through the prism of reading on the superposition of capillary

reading a compass dial.

d. If the compass dial are not located in a quiet(stop / rest) press the stop pins carefully to

accelerate it stops.

e. If the reading on the compass dial blur, adjust the prism of

down the rise of the prism.

CONCLUSIONTherefore traverse compass can be reflected clearly on a map or plan when

distance and direction of survey lines and the position of a point to know.

Traverse an order of survey lines, respectively.Bearing and distance will be determined with the right tools. in

traverse a compass, read a line bearing compass and the distance y

depth measured with a chain or tape measure. There are two types of traverse

compass, namely: -

i. Closed traverse

ii. Open traverse
