What is your body language communicating to others and vice versa.

ALL Matters… We make sweeping judgments from body language.
Whom we hire or promote Whom we will date
Non-verbal expression of POWER and DOMINANCE
We feel powerful we expand up.
We feel powerless we wrap up.
Women feel chronically less powerful than men.
Our non-verbals govern how others think and feel about us
ButDo our non-verbals govern
how WE think and feel about ourselves?
We smile when we feel happy.
If we are forced to smile by holding pen in our teeth…
It make us feel happy.
When you pretend to be powerful you start feeling POWERFUL!!!
POWERFUL PEOPLE ARE● ASSERTIVE● CONFIDENT● THINK ABSTRACTLY● TAKE MORE RISK

Powerful people have high testosterone and less cortisol.
Let us do an activity...
For two min. be in each HIGH POWER POSES and LOW POWER POSES.

Thus we observed…
Being in a high power pose
● We take more risk.● Our testosterone level rises. ● Our cortisol level decreases.
So Power posing for few minutes can really change our lives in meaningful ways.
OUR BODIES CHANGE OUR MINDS AND OUR MINDS CHANGE OUR BEHAVIOUR AND OUR BEHAVIOUR CHANGE OUR OUTCOMES.
If we try to FAKE being powerful then we can surely be
more POWERFUL.
So before anything important like an interview, have a two min. show of WHO I AM.
Try a POWER POSE.
because…TINY TWEAKS
