When you are low on energy, low on enthusiasm you seem to think that you are an alien to this place….‘ you don’t belong here !!!! ‘

During a negative body language your testosterone level lowers and the cortisol level levels up. Your stress level is enhanced and you feel frustrated !!

In such situations you must learn to ‘ fake ‘ it ….

Even if you are afraid … try to fake it ….

You must fake it till you ‘ make ‘ it !!

You must try on and on and on till ……..

you become it !!!! you tell yourself…..
