A Look Ahead 18
I know that you all are as happy to
see spring as I am after the crazy
winter we've had. It is so nice to see
sunshine and all the blooms.
Upcoming ASMC events consist of
nominations of new officers, our
annual picnic, and the National PDI in New Orleans.
Community Projects include the following: Whistle Stop
Festival on May 1 & 2, and Caring House Carnival July 23.
Please make plans to help out with one of these projects.
HAPPY EASTER!! Easter is life,
Easter is hope,
Easter is the renew of those
good human values, Easter is Jesus
in the heart.

Community Project Recap -
Salvation Army Easter Baskets You made a difference! Our Easter basket project to support the Huntsville Salva-tion Army was a huge success. The monetary donations collected at the Mini PDI helped to purchase premade baskets. We delivered over 35 premade baskets in addition to candy and stuffed animals. These baskets will be given to local children who otherwise would not receive anything for Easter. Lydia Pennington, the project coordinator, was very touched and appreciative of our efforts. Thanks to everyone who made a donation for your generosity!
