Bakso
Bakso or baso is Indonesian meatball or meat paste made from beef surimi and is similar in texture to the Chinese beef ball, fish ball, or pork ball. It can be found all over Indonesia, from the travelling carts to restaurants.

Ayam goreng is fried chicken. This is usually chicken drumsticks deep fried in coconut oil.

Nasi putih is steamed rice. It is named nasi putih because of its white colour.
Soto ayam
Soto ayam is chicken noodle soup. Usually it is very spicy.
Sambal
Sambal is a Indonesian sauce made out of chilli peppers. There are many extra ingrediants including garlic and ginger.
