Bahan : 15 batang pete, potong-potong tanpa dikupas kulitnya. Bumbu Halus : 1. 50 gr cabe merah ker iting direbus ( banyakin kalau suka pedas ). 2. 2 buah tomat merah direbus ( 175 gr ). 3. 3 b utir bawwang merah digoreng. 4. 1 butir bawang putih digoreng. 5. 1 sdt gar am 6. 1 sdm gula merah ( bisa ditambah kalau suka manis ). Cara Membuat : Potongan pete digoreng setengah matang, angkat tiriskan. Panaskan tiga sdm minyak, lalu tumis bumbu, hingga harum, masukkan pete, beri air sedkit, lalu masak hingga air mengental ( pete matang ).
