My husband left me and went to London withanother woman for 5 years! I tried to bring himback, I visited priests and healers for help butfailed.Miss Jessica looked through the mirror andassured me that he’ll call within 4 days, and I’llpick him at the airport. He really phoned andhe’s return after 5 years! He accurately read my fortune (for R200 con-sultation fee) & told me all my problems withoutme mentioning a word. He even used a mirror
to show me real-faces of people who were trying to pull me down.performed special-prayers for me, cleansed me from
badluck & also gave me powerful lovecrystals plus a special-ring to fix myfinancial problems. Four (4) days after prayers my husband was backhome, asking for forgiveness. I am very happy, we recently reconciled!Like me, all clients I have been referring to him always got GUARANTEEDRESULTS in a few days.

versifying the economywhile focusing on thegolden thread – delivery of basic services
such as waste removal, dealing with illegalconnections and assistance to the poor pro-gramme,” added Mayor Jordaan. To crown it all, Moody’s Investors Services,
the international credit rating company hasfavourably assessed theMetro and attributedthe positive outlook to “the city’s solid finan-cial performance and lower and decliningdebt levels.“Continued fiscal consolidation has led to
a continuously robust financial performanceand a comfortable liquidity position.”“This all is a great tribute to the coopera-
tion between a whole-of-government and thesterling political and administrative leader-ship of the Metro.Everyone who played a role must be con-
gratulated for their commitment and help, which has been a great part of the above suc-cesses.Meanwhile the Mandela Bay Development

CARALEE DORFLING
bedrogspul. In aansluiting by Barnes het Schoultz

“As jy jonk is, sien jy kans vir baie dinge,”onthou Jerome Dempsey (71) daardie poging50 jaar geledewat dieOosterlig se voorblad ge-haal het.“Ek is uitgedaag omRayDuval sewêreldre-

kan dit doen . . . dis maklik’.“Ek het gewonder. En toe besluit ek om die
kans te waag!”Luck het toe dadelik gereël dat dié wêreld-

Addiction is listed as amental condition thatincludes anxiety, depression, emotional out-bursts, restlessness, memory loss and self-harm”.The average time kids of ages 8-18 spend
on technology is seven hours and 38 minutesper day. Smartphones, tablets, computers, iP-ads, and even the TV screen are the gatewayto this phenomenon of digital addiction.“One just has to look at the statistics to see
how much at risk our youngsters are,” saysDaron Mann, who will be hosting presenta-tions to parents and teachers in Port Eliza-beth and East London.“The world is becoming increasingly con-
nected – it is estimated that 1,2 billion smart
phones will enter the market over the nextfive years. One in every seven people on theplanet is on Facebook, and over 90 per centof people under 18 play video and onlinegames.Huddleston is an international expert in the

schools, must be implemented in the disad-vantaged community, for the benefit of theless privileged community.Muir College was chosen as one of the top
15 schools in the country to take part in theATKV Handevat project.ATKV will analyse the schools’ progress
throughout the project and then decidewhichschool wins. The prizes are (for both schools): 1st Place
R30 000, 2nd Place R20 000, 3rd Place R10 000“The under privileged school we have part-
nered up with is Little Flower R.C PrimarySchool,” said Aphiwe Zinto from Muir Col-lege.“Little Flower is a Catholic school with 643
learners. The school has a ‘no fee’ status dueto its poverty profile since 2012. Having to
close down their previous small library forclassroom expansion, the 643 children havehadnoway to researchorget books for leisurereading.“Because of scarce resources the school is
unable to establish and run a resourceful li-brary. ThereforeMuir College decided to ren-ovate the library of Little FlowerR.CPrimarySchool,” said Zinto.Muir's school librarywill assist Little Flow-
er learners in that; it is central to learningandeasily accessible to the learners of Little Flow-er and it also plays a key role as a place forencouraging innovation, curiosity, and prob-
lem solving. The library is a catalyst for liter-acy and reading and for teaching and scaffold-ing inquiry learning.Muir College intends to increase and re-
place the books in the current library, to getthree computers and to restore the library sothat it is appealing to the children.Muir College with the assistance from the
community is hoping to get donated books, posters, stationery, shelves and financial sup-port.

Buying a new home off-plan is a pretty com-mon occurrence in today’s property market,
but it canmean a longwait between the timethat the buyer’s home loan application is ap-proved and the timewhen the loan is formal-ly granted and becomes active – and this canpose a real risk for the unwary.Shaun Rademeyer, CEO of BetterLife
Home Loans, says the sense of relief and ex-citement once a home loan has been ap-proved can easily lead to someunwise finan-cial choices, especially among first-timebuyers.“It is natural to want to move into your
new home with new curtains, furniture andappliances, but the latest smart-fridgemightnot be the best choice – and you should real-ly think twice before taking on any moredebt to finance your purchases.”
He says that a chunk out of your savingsor a dramatic climb in credit or store carddebt during the waiting period can seriouslyaffect your credit score, and could cause yourbank to rethink the terms of your home loan– or even withdraw approval altogether if itbelieves you will no longer be able to affordthe repayments.“Our advice is that borrowers should in fact
avoid taking on new credit of any kind at thisstage, and especially put off buying anythinglike a new car or a luxury lounge suite.”During the waiting period, it’s also better
for borrowers if they can avoid or delaychanging jobs, Rademeyer says.“Career changes can also have an effect on
a loan approval, even if they are not negative.
You may be offered a better job or a positionwith bigger bonuses, but lenders are general-ly looking for stability in your earnings andemployment, and will need to be notified ifyou decide to make a change while waitingfor your new home to be completed.”Indeed, he says, communication is the key
to building a good relationship between bor-rower and lender. “Loan approval can comecompletely undone as a result of reckless
Don’t spend toomuchwhile waiting for new home
spending or suddenchanges that affectthe homebuyer’s fi-nancial profile, andthis could lead to se-rious problems withthe home builderand damage the buy-er’s credit record formany years.”“Therefore the
safest course is forthe homebuyer tochange as little aspossible betweenthe time a loan is ap-proved and the com-pletion of the newhome. Steady em-ployment andspending habits willpay off when the fullfinancial implica-tions of being ahomeowner becomeknown.”And finally, donot
be too hasty whenpacking up your ex-isting home. “Youmay well need allthose bank state-ments, tax returnsand payslips whenyour new home isfinished and thetime comes to final-ise your home loanand book the mov-ing van.”(Issued: Better-

After 13 painful years,I survived divorce
For 13 years in marriage, we lived in fights,my husband wanted to divorce me, I had failed
