1996 – closing of production cause of ecological and

economical reasons

2001 – 2002 – extensive demolition and

reconstruction of 4-floor building, focus on

single-use surgery covering

2006 – focus on complicated drapes

2008 – pilot LEAN project – transformation from cell

to sequence lines (One-Piece-Flow

March 2009 – 1st sequence line (SL)

2010 – TWI Job Instructions

2011 – end of transformation to SL (5x SL, SKM

online, SL pouches), 97% of products can be

produced on SL

2012 – focus on supporting processes (SFM), Job
