Over-the-top (OTT) video has hit the Internet and it’s taking over, literally. The demand from consumers to view TV through OTT video has media industry executives struggling to meet new challenges. In a recent study by Verimatrix and Streaming Media, 758 of these media industry executives (content providers, technology partners/vendors, and pay-TV operators) were surveyed on their views of the current and future state of OTT video.
