Long Story Short: !My uncle Kerry had a dream to own a local pizza shop in my home town Pasadena, Maryland. !My mom and her siblings grew up in Italy, so pizza - is in our blood. !!He worked hard for years as a construction worker and the day came where he finally opened up the shop. !!The pizza was the best. The atmosphere was very homestyle. The steady flow of new customers, was hard to get. !!He tried everything. Big banners hanging outside “Grand Opening”, local news paper ads, Google Ads, and he even did a Groupon (but lost money). !!It was really tough to see him go through this. I flew back home and we had a meeting with the local !business chamber of commerce and found out that several other businesses were having the same troubles: finding new customers and keep them coming back. !!After 11 months of being open… he closed it down. !!This is when the idea for LivEasy was born.!!

• LivEasy is a mobile app, that helps local businesses get more customers !

• We also help consumers get exclusive deals to local businesses, directly on their mobile phone

• No credit card details are required by the user to get access to the deal

• Users can share deals through social media and by text / email

Our Methodology

• Merchants use the service 60 days free(no credit card required upfront)

• They create as many deals as they want(one live deal at a time)

• The deals are placed in the mobile app, and seen by local users

• Users buy access to the deal for only .99c in-app purchase (no CC required)

• Users pay the merchant directly for the dealat the point of sale (cash or CC)

• Merchants get free access for 60 days, then pay $99/month to continue adding deals in the app !!

• Merchants have 2 up-sells - Featured Deal (5 days running) is $99 one-time - Deal of the Day (1 day running) is $99 one-time

• Users download the app for free from the iOS and Google Play store.!!

• Users have to buy “access” to each deal for an in-app purchase of .99c

• Over 50,000 local businesses in California captured through some lead campaigns we’ve been running online (still collecting data)!!

• Have not promoted LivEasy to collected leads. We want to launch a large Media campaign first, so there is “organic” creditability, which will mean higher conversion rates on sign-ups!!

• Small Facebook and Google Ad campaigns are running to collect more interest in LivEasy from local businesses in California!!
