The Nature of Healing Trust Your Gut

Your Multi-dimensional GutYour gut functions on many levels and in many

layers, because like nature, you are more than meets the eye. You are body, mind, and spirit. You don’t just respond to life in a physical way (as western medicine would suggest … as a machine), you have insights, and feelings, and urges that also direct your decision-making.

So when your gut responds to something physically, you know it is also telling you something on another level… emotionally and spiritually. We need to listen to the body for our answers. Because when it comes to your body, you are always in control. You always have a choice. Your health is your responsibility.

We Are Our Environment

As part of nature, we are comprised of the same four basic elements as the universe.

We are….

Air, Fire, Water, Earth

Breath, Energy,

Blood, Body of the Mother

Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Oxygen

Vitamins • minerals • amino acids • fatty acids • carbohydrates • enzymes

To Self-regulate, self-sustain self-heal

WE ARE MULTIDIMENSIONAL

“The structure of the galaxy resembles the structures of all of us when we were 2 cells old. The dual torus is the most foundational pattern of energy dynamics in the universe and can be found on all scales, from the cosmological to the atomic.” – Nassim Haramein, Physicist

“The pattern of cell division in biology matches the fundamental structure of the fabric of the space that it is dividing in. This allows

for the 100-200 TRILLION chemical reactions that happen per SECOND on a cellular level inside the human body!”

–Nassim Haramein

DNA spiral in phi proportions

Your own DNA is more than just a series of acids and bases. It is an electromagnetic antennae which not only stores information but receives, transmits, and translates information as well. (Russian Scientific discovery)

Our DNA works in the same way that language does and is affected by sound, light, words, and thoughts. So what we believe and our perception of the world affects the outcome. Our DNA doesn’t need to be fixed or spliced or decoded to understand it, as evidenced by the failed Human Genome Project.

Mind Into Matter

Beliefs Thoughts Feelings Action

Physical Reality

Epigenetics (“beyond” genetics)

• reflects our multi-dimensional nature, that we are body, mind, and spirit all

wrapped into one.

• It’s not Mind over Matter. Rather Mind into Matter. It boils down to what we

believe matters…… and becomes matter.

• We are responsible for our personal reality. Everything we see on the

outside is manifesting from what is happening on the inside.

We heal in many layers and on many levels, always interacting with our environment; from the foods we choose to put into our bodies, to the thoughts we choose to keep in our minds

to how we choose to act out our choices.

Health is the Body’s Natural State

Your body is a miracle of creation

No one else can heal you except you. Your body has the innate capacity to build, regenerate, and heal itself. Simply give it the

right tools and the body knows what to do.

You Are What You EatMichaelangelo’s David after spending time on tour in the US

You Are What You Drink

• We are 75% water by weight• Water holds key to healing• Critical for detoxification• Dehydration can be cause of many chronic disease conditions (low iron, high

blood pressure, digestive disorders, asthma, etc).• Structure of water is essential to proper, deeper hydration and metabolism• Restructured (ionized) water becomes a powerful antioxidant to eliminate

free radicals, boost immune system, increase energy, create alkaline environment, and detoxify body.

• Microbiome (bacteria) requires healthy water (non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated) for healthy, alkaline environment.

Healing Philosophies

• focus on cause, prevention, and reversal of illness using nature.

• focus on a person as a whole, with physical, spiritual, and psychological aspects all affecting one another on a profound level.

• focus on symptoms and treatment of symptoms using drugs.

• treats the body and mind as separate entities.

How did we get here?

What are the causes?

1. Nutrient Deficiencies in BodySoil Plants

2. Toxins in Food, Air, Water

3. Stress 80% of all disease

Stress in the Energy Body collects as emotions in different glands and organs

Inflammation which has many names depending on where you find it in the body.

One Cause One Disease (Toxins in blood)

Where does inflammation begin?

Say Hello to Your Gut

Your 25-ft long Digestive Tract is….• 80+% of your immune system. • a channel that separates our outer environment

from our inner environment, and our food from our cells.

• where the majority of your beneficial bacteria live, about 100 trillion of them, or about 2-5 lbs of weight.

• The mitochondria of our cells are made up of primitive form of bacteria that has evolved to live synergistically within each cell as the powerhouse.

Our MicrobiomeOutnumber Our Cells 10:1

• 100 trillion bacteria live in skin, in blood, in cells

• In gut 40,000 species/9 million genes• Same bugs found in soil - 1 gram soil –

100,000 species (99% are unknown)• Found in the deepest layer of earth’s crust• Found in glacial core • You are more bug than you.

BACTERIA, THE COMMON DENOMINATOR

Jobs of Earth’s Bacteria

• purify water• detoxify harmful substances• re- cycle waste products• restore carbon dioxide to the air • make the atmosphere’s nitrogen available to

plants

Jobs of Your Bacteria

• populate and reinforce a physical barrier. • digest, ferment, and absorb nutrients from

food. • provide nutrients and energy (metabolism)

for cells in GI tract. • detoxify intestinal tract of opportunistic flora

(parasites, viruses, fungus) by dissolving their cell membranes.

Jobs continued…

• neutralize and inactivate toxic substances and absorb carcinogenic substances.

• ·produce vitamins.• recruit immune cells to the site of infection

and direct the body to produce the T-helper cells that seek and destroy patho- gens that enter the body.

Gut –Brain Connection

A 2013 Canadian study showed that connections between brain regions differed based on the species of bacteria that dominated the gut.

One species of microbe can select for anxious feelings while another can promote feelings of calm (i.e., gut feelings), showing that our microbes determine how brain circuits develop and how they are wired.

Microbes Determine Behavior

The microbes we host partly determine our behavior and what we choose to

eat.An acid environment draws pathogenic microbes (yeast) which increase sugar

cravings. Sugar feeds yeast.

-Emory University research

Bacteria Adapt to Surroundings

In nutrient-rich environments, bacteria with high growth rates are likely to be

favored, whereas in nutrient-poor environments, slow-growing bacteria with

higher biomass conversion efficiency is favored.

-Robert J. Thiel Naturopathy for the 21st

Century: Combining Old and New.

Dr. Carey Reams (1903-1985)

Reams found that if the ionic mineral energy that flows through each species is not at its proper frequency then health and well-being naturally decline. The nutrient mineral density of our foods directly impacts the quality of the digestive system, and that digestive integrity is absolutely required to maintain the electrochemical body “on frequency” for ideal health.

COMMON CAUSES OF LEAKY GUT• Air pollution (indoor and outdoor) • Chronic stress/trauma (cortisol increases which increases gut

permeability) • Dysbiosis (more bad than good bacteria) • Prolonged use of antibiotics • Prolonged use of all medications (chemicals and heavy

metals) • Endotoxins (products of metabolism) • Excitotoxins (MSG, additives, colorings from processed

foods) • Chemotherapy/radiation

COMMON CAUSES OF LEAKY GUT

• Immune system overload • Immunodeficiency of Secretory IgA • Artificial sweeteners (Aspartame®)/artificial colors • GMo foods (ninety-five percent of processed foods

contain GMos) • Vegetable oils (soy, corn, canola, all GMO) • Alcohol overuse • Chronic infections/presence of pathogens, parasites,

yeast • Vaccines

Leaky Gut = Dysbiosis• Toxic Liver (filter of body)• Loss of minerals (sodium, calcium…)• pH becomes acidic (below 6.2) • Good bacteria move out• Bad bacteria, viruses, yeast, parasites move in• Toxic by-products build up• Leak into blood

As Minerals Have Gone Down…

Disease Has Gone Up

72 Minerals • catalysts of vitamins • co-nutrients of enzymes • iron, copper, zinc, chromium, phosphorus, sulfur, magnesium,

manganese, potassium, iodine, selenium, and molybdenum.

• · help maintain acid-base balance to maintain neutral pH · become part of tissue structure, such as in bone and teeth.

• · help regulate body processes, such as in enzyme systems. • · function in nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction. • · help release energy from food.

If we know all this where did we go wrong?

“Germ Causes Disease” – Louis Pasteur (1822-1895)

Pasteur went further to

suggest that germs could be prevented

through vaccination, a

concept Edward Jenner

postulated in 1796 with

cowpox vaccine.

How do you think the germs felt about that?

TWO MODELS OF IMMUNITY

Natural Immunity Artificial Immunity

Natural Immunity

Artificial Immunity

Vaccination is not Immunization–

Immunity of vaccination injects an antigen into the blood to provoke the body to create antibodies so next time the body sees the antigen, antibodies bind and neutralize it.

Study: “Antibodies are not required for immunity against some viruses.”

Journal Immunity, March 1, 2012

Essential role of B cells is directly linked with the innate immune system.

"Our findings contradict the current view that antibodies are absolutely required to survive

infection with viruses.”

Based on all the evidence…

Our Nature IS Nature

The truth about how the body works is coming out in our kids as…

… and disease outbreaks

• Fordham University mumps outbreak jumps campuses, 2/21/14, 90% vaccinated

• Mumps outbreak spreads beyond Ohio State campus, 3/24/14, 97% vaccinated

• Measles outbreak in Orange County, California worst in decades, 3/26/14

3/14/22

Disease Outbreaks in Most Vaccinated Populations

Council on Foreign Relations map

Eur J Immunol. Jan, 2010

• "The formal demonstration that both maternal antibodies and early exposure to infection are required for long-term protection illustrated that constant re-infection cycles have an essential role in building a stable herd immunity.

• "In a population that is not constantly exposed to the (natural) infection during early infancy under the immunologic umbrella of maternal antibodies or vaccinated thoroughly a serious risk of re-emerging infections may arise."

• Glyphosate• “Ready Roundup” GMOs

• Mineral loss• Bacterial loss

Human StudiesReady Roundup – Glyphosate

Journal of Applied Toxicology

Bacillus thuringiensis toxin Concentrations as low as 50 ppm per million,

"far below agricultural dilutions," induced kidney cell death, with the 50% of the cells dying

at 57.5 ppm.

“Cytotoxic and DNA-damaging properties of glyphosate and Roundup in human-derived

buccal epithelial cells” - Arch Toxicol. 2002

Roundup® damage was seen within twenty minutes after exposure to buccal cells (inside cheek), at a 450-fold dilution of

current spray levels the researchers predicted that inhaling this insecticide

could result in DNA damage to humans.

Pasteur Recants Germ Theory

“It is not the germ that causes disease but the terrain in which the germ is found.”

– Louis Pasteur

i.e., it is the strength of the immune system and its diversity of good bacteria that determines health or

disease.

Natural Immunity is cell-mediated

Built-In Protective Systems in Raw Milk:

Other Bioactive Components I – Components of Blood• Leukocytes—Eat all foreign bacteria, yeast and molds (phagocytosis).

Destroyed at 56C and by pumping milk. Produce H2O2 to activate the lacto-peroxidase system. Produce anaerobic CO2 that blocks all aerobic microbes. Basis of immunity.

• B-lymphocytes – Kill foreign bacteria; call in other parts of the immune system1,2

• Macrophages – Engulf foreign proteins and bacteria2

• Neutrophils – Kill infected cells; mobilize other parts of the immune system1

• T-lymphocytes – Multiply if bad bacteria are present; produce immune-strengthening compounds1

• Immunoglobulins (IgM, IgA, IgG1, IgG2)--Transfer of immunity from cow to calf/person in milk and especially colostrum; provides “passive immunization”2

• Antibodies—Bind to foreign microbes and prevent them from migrating outside the gut; initiate immune response.

95

Built-In Protective Systems in Raw Milk:Other Bioactive Components II – Fats and

Carbohydrates

• Polysaccharides—Encourage the growth of good bacteria in the gut; protect the gut wall

• Oligosaccharides – Protect other components from being destroyed by stomach acids and enzymes; bind to bacteria and prevent them from attaching to the gut lining; other functions just being discovered.1,2

• Medium-Chain Fatty Acids—Disrupt cell walls of bad bacteria; levels so high in goat milk that the test for the presence of antibiotics had to be changed; may reduce intestinal injury and protect the liver.3

• Phospholipids and Spingolipids—bind to intestinal cells, prevent absorption of pathogens and toxins.3 Spingolipids are important components in cell membranes, protect cells against toxins, support digestion and protect against cancer.

III• Enzymes, e.g. Complement & Lysozyme—Disrupt bacterial cell walls. Complement destroyed at 56C; Lysozyme at 90C.1,2

• Hormones & Growth Factors – Stimulate maturation of gut cells; prevent “leaky” gut.2

• Mucins – Adhere to bacteria and viruses, preventing those organisms from attaching to the mucosa and causing disease.1,2

• Fibronectin – Increases anti-microbial activity of macrophages and helps to repair damaged tissues.1

• Glycomacropeptide – Inhibits bacterial/viral adhesion, suppresses gastric secretion, and promotes bifido-bacterial growth; supports immune system. 3
