Who are we? TreeVana: a start-up company focused on

helping the environment by making recycling resources more readily available

Company Founders: Cynthia Leu, Hannah Tang, Jessica Wu, Ju Yeon Lee, and Vicky Wang-backgrounds in programming and business

America is the #1 trash producing country in the word (1609 lb/ person)

Waste incinerators release dangerous chemicals that are harmful to health and to the environment

So what can we do about it?

Why is recycling important?

Recycling is vital to the protection of our environment and our health.

How many people recycle? Only 68% of Americans currently recycle We surveyed 45 people of ages ranging

from teens to those over 50.

What about the 13% that rarely recycles?

RecycleBuddy addresses all of these problems!
