1. Enable every LC to develop its full potential2. Implement and develop new strategies for growth3. Provide effective, easy to use, and useful Tools

4. Collect and analyze relevant Data for LCs and MC

Key of successDifferentiated, Individual Coaching Strategy

Create a culture of GCPs sharing

To align and guarantee the flow of strategic information from the LCs to

the MC

Align the strategies with Operations

Deliver performance analysis from and to the LCs

Maturity Level System• A From of “Clustering” but it’s more a

Tool to stimulate and encourage Growth, as well as Measure Performance.

• For every Level (Star) certain Minimum Requirements has to be fulfilled.

• Every LC will be assessed separately on TMP; TLP; IGIP; OGIP; IGDCP; OGDCP.

• Depending on the Maturity Level, the coaching differs for the Area.

A 3-Part Coaching Approach• General Coaching:• A fixed Coach, that visits the LC regularly, calls

up the LC on a weekly basis:Identify Issues, constantly asses progress and look to the LC together for solutions, gives sessions and Advice, helps executing the Coaching Plan based on the Maturity Levels

• Operational Coaching:

• For LC-Areas with two to zero stars.More hands-on, practical trainings:

• Sales Training, Myaiesec.net Training, General National and International Strategies, GCP, Time management

• Strategic/ Functional Coaching:

• For LC- Areas with three stars.Direct Coaching from the MCVP,

• in order to develop new GCP,

• Pilot new Structures, Strategies,

• Etc.
