Maturity Level System• A From of “Clustering” but it’s more a

Tool to stimulate and encourage Growth, as well as Measure Performance.

• For every Level (Star) certain Minimum Requirements has to be fulfilled.

• Every LC will be assessed separately on TMP; TLP; IGIP; OGIP; IGDCP; OGDCP.

• Depending on the Maturity Level, the coaching differs for the Area.

A 3-Part Coaching Approach• General Coaching:• A fixed Coach, that visits the LC regularly, calls

up the LC on a weekly basis:Identify Issues, constantly asses progress and look to the LC together for solutions, gives sessions and Advice, helps executing the Coaching Plan based on the Maturity Levels

• Operational Coaching:

• For LC-Areas with two to zero stars.More hands-on, practical trainings:

• Sales Training, Myaiesec.net Training, General National and International Strategies, GCP, Time management

• Strategic/ Functional Coaching:

• For LC- Areas with three stars.Direct Coaching from the MCVP,

• in order to develop new GCP,

• Pilot new Structures, Strategies,

• Etc.
