SWA provided landscape architectural services for this

senior housing project of three buildings of six to eight

floors, with an additional 40 skilled nursing beds. A

regional nature preserve north of the site, covered

by a mixed woodland and a famous bird sanctuary,

provided the inspiration for the character of this senior

residential site.
