● How do we communicate our values each year to 150
new Scholars who may attend as many as 60 different
colleges and universities?
● How do we embed our values in our network of nearly
6000 Scholars around the world since 1989?
The mission of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation is to
provide scholarship programs and lifelong enrichment
opportunities in support of exceptional peoples’ thirst for
knowledge and their desire to make a difference in the
world.

Recruiting and Selection
Application questions and interviews align around our core
