Monarchy

A monarchy has a king/queen etc, position is passed on to heirs. absolute monarchies, total

power, not around much anymore constitutional monarchy, UK -

has a democratic government that limits the monarch's control.

Communism

the government owns property such as businesses and farms.

It usually provides its people's healthcare, education and welfare.

Soviet Union

People rule through elected representatives.

The head of the country is usually an elected president.

A political philosophy that advocates the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

strong, central government led by a dictator having complete power.

Controlled by a military that does not allow criticizing the government
