Henry Sibley Student Chef Program
Worked with students to develop new food item to highlight policy changes coming from wellness committee.
Step 1: Assemble group and brainstorm

School Breakfast Promotion
• Worked with five different schools to promote school breakfast participation
• Anoka, Northfield, Burnsville, Two in Rochester
• Created posters, videos, social media presence, promotional events
Student Gardens
Crosswinds School in Woodbury – Small plot on school grounds. Funding from multiple sources
Sibley East in Arlington MN – 2 acre plot subsidized by 5 acre commodity corn donated by farmer

• School store overhaul
• Student made videos on video announcements
