All refrigerant management stations sold and used today in a modernvehicle workshop require regular maintenance, it is also recommendedthat an annual service and calibration is carried out by a qualified servicetechnician.

The Health & Safety at Work P.U.W.E.R 1998 Provision and use ofWorkshop Equipment Regulation confers a duty to ensure all workshop

Polyalkyleneglycol (PAG) Oils

PAG oils have been designed specially for use inMobile Air Conditioning systems using refrigerantR134a.MAC compressor manufacturers fill compressors witha specific PAG viscosity, No other oil should be used.

T-Line PAG oils are manufactured to OE specifications.

Hybrid Vehicle AC System Lubricant

T-Line Hybrid Lubricant, compatible with the latest technology hybrid& electric drive compressors.The AC systems used in hybrid vehicles use an electric motor whichis submerged in the refrigerant circuit. Standard PAG or Polyesterlubricants as well as U.V dyes are not compatible with thesesystems, as they will attack the insulation material of the motorwindings.To prevent this from happening T-Line developed

a lubricant that is fully compatible with electricmotors and there internal windings.

Manufactured to the same performance as used in the original fill. 250ml bottles.

Robinair Premium Vacuum Pump Oil

The performance & reliability of vacuum pumps restslargely on the quality & purity of the vac pump oil.

Engineered to maintain maximum viscosity at high

temperatures and improved cold weather starts.

Thermally stable oil for servicing RMS stations. Moreresistant to breaking down due to heat.

The oil should be replaced on a regular basis, at leastevery ten hours of vac pump use.

Renault Service Port Adapter

Some Renault (late) models have only one serviceport on the low side of the AC system, howeverthis low side port has a high side fitting!

This adapter converts the port back to the correctlow side fitting, allowing you to read the correctpressures without swopping over the hoses onyour equipment.

High Side Port Extender

Many modern vehicles now have the high sideport connection buried in the upper radiatorpanel, too deep to allow connection to thesystem using a standard service coupler.

This adapter allows easy connection to thesetype of systems.

It is important that charge hoses are kept in pristinecondition. Almost all diagnostic & certainly allrecovery, evacuation & charging procedures are doneusing the hoses.

For this reason it is essential that all hoses meet theminimum requirements. Imagine what would happen ifa hose burst at a pressure of 15 or 20 bar!

All our hoses meet the latest UL specifications, with anormal working pressure of up to 34 bar & a burstpressure of 173 bar.

Hoses are available in all common colours & various lengths and fittings.
