– Results Oriented• Goal describes the outcome or result of implementation

– Time Bound• Sets a timeframe for accomplishment

• Even when schools establish goals, they tend to be too general. These “general goals” create a sense of “false clarity”, the erroneous belief that we understand and know how to work toward achieving the goals.
