    I. TNG QUAN V GENERAL MOTORS

    1. Thng trm General Motors:

    Nm 1908: GM c thnh lp bi William urant, mt nh sn xut xe

    3. Phn tch bo co ti chnh

    3.1 Vthti chnh GM nm 2000

    Nm 2000, doanh thu ton cu t 185 t $. Bao gm cc mn hng c

    th, thu nhp cao thnh trong lch scng ty t 8.58$ mi c phn thng.

    Thu nhp ny gim xung 8.62$ nm 1999, nhng vn cn c tha ra cc

    p lc gi trong cc thtrng ln nht ca chng ta ton th gii.

    GM Bc M thu nhp 4.4 t$, khng bao gm cc mc c th, trn sc

    mnh ca doanh sngnh Ml 17.8 tn v. GM bo co t phn khc

    th trng chnh M, bao gm midsize cars, midsize SUVs, v large
