    3.1. Gii thiu v nhn hng pepsi

    3.1.1. Thng tin khi qut:

    a) Lch s pht trin:

    Theo iu tra nh gi sn phm trn cm nhn, hnh vi ca khch hngv sn phm pepsi cola ti xin a ra chin lc sau:
