DearThank you for your e-mail message of 24 October concerning extraterrestriallifeforms and Crop Circles. Yourmessage has been passed to this office as we are the focal point within the Ministry of Defence forcorrespondence relating to 'Unidentified flying objects'.First, it may be helpful if I explain that the Ministry of Defence does not have any expertise or role in respect of'UFO/flying saucer' matters or to the question of the existence or otherwise of extraterrestrialli feforms, aboutwhich it remains totally open-minded. I should add that to date the MOD knows of no evidence whichsubstantiates the existence of these alleged phenomena. The MOD examines any reports of 'UFOs' itreceives solely to establish whether what was seen might have some defence significance; namely, whetherthere is any evidence that the United Kingdom's airspace might have been compromised by hostile orunauthorised air activity. Unless there is evidence of a potential threat to the United Kingdom from an externalmilitary source, and to date no 'UFO' report has revealed such evidence, we do not attempt to identify theprecise nature of each reported sighting. We believe it is possible that rational explanations, such as aircraftlights or natural phenomena, could be found for them, but it is not the function of the MOD to provide this kindof aerial identification service. We could not justify expenditure of public funds on investigations which gobeyond our specific defence remit.

Yes i know what you may be thinking right now, another UFO nut. Wrong, i have pictures of what could be described asET, and documents and videos. I also have documents that date back to 1922 and pictures, that depict craft of the samedescription as those in many UFO reports as being built by German scientists, carrying on till the end of 1945. Considerable documentation of the unexplained aerial activity in CentralScotland has been amassed and in conclusion I suspect it not to be of naturalphenomenon.A considerable time ago at Los Alamos the Americans noted the arrival ofnumerous similar 'green fireballs' and deployed a team of scientists and militaryexperts~Ooctor_ an eminent scientist was to state that in his opinion themysterious activitywas not of natural phenomenon.

The CIA would seem to have an interest in what the media assume is ForthVillage but I suspect it may actually be the whole of Forth region which may includeLothian's and Fife.The Americans may also havean interest inthe aerial activity inCentral Scotland.

As I have also observed an iridescent object leave a hillside and rapidly riseinto cloud cover, is it possible that police officers in central Scottish region andmembers of the armed forces may in fact be observing and investigating airspaceintrusion by some inexplicable form of controlled or targeted objects, a situationthat I suspect would merit concern.Yours sincerely,

The Forth Protocol!If we are to accept eyewitness reports the mysteriousiridescent or fiery objects observed over a number of yearsmay be nearer the earth's surface than is imagined atpresent.The arrival times are similar and if we plot the apparent flightpaths a pattern will be seen to emerge.
