What is the Triton Apps program?

Students can gain access to and use programs offered on the computers in the Instructional Support labs via an online network.

Logging In

Use only the Internet Explorer browser in your Windows PC.

TritonApps : Login› Via:https://tritonapps.umsl.edu/

Use your SSO ID and corresponding password.

Logging In

If you are using any public network, even if wireless through your own computer, select the public/shared setting.

If you are accessing Triton Apps through your home network you should select the private setting.

When accessing from your home network the virtual private network (VPN) will download automatically upon log in.

It downloads through Java so accept all prompts from Java.

Launching Programs

Left click once on the desired program.

Click ‘Connect’ when prompted.

You may again be prompted to enter your SSO ID and corresponding password.

The program will open and can be used normally as if the program was installed on your machine.

Saving to Your (K:) Drive

This is the only available space for saving.

You are working ‘from a desktop’ at the university and if your work is not saved in the (K:) drive, it will be lost overnight.

Your (K:) drive is listed as your SSO ID.
