» ADULT PROGRAMS

VINYASA YOGAVinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component. The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

YOGAYoga uses the breath as a focal point as we move through sequences of linked yoga asanas. This class includes sun saluta-tions, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation.

YOGA FITNESSA Vinyasa style of Yoga based on Hatha Yoga tradition. This class involves linking the traditional Yoga poses together while moving with the breath to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

TRXA suspension based trainng system utlizing body weight to develop cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

TRX INTERVALAdvanced TRX with strength intervals—uses more equipment and often done in stations, free of charge, drop-in!

ZUMBAA combination of fun, easy-to-follow dance steps with hot Latin beats.
