HIGH QUALITY COMMERCIAL PRODUCTSThe moveable glass wall system is developed for comprehen-sive division of glass space. The tracks are especially designed for each opening and thus enable the transfer elements of equal size. With the Scan-Mikael Oy design services the versatility of areas is clearly highlighted.

The durability of a glass wall when dividing space is highlighted when you want a physical obstruction without obstructing the view. Surveillance and visual product displays outside the open-ing hours are now possible with a glass wall.

Domestic content and high quality components togetherwith the finished product entitle us, deservingly, to use the Key Flag symbol. Producing high Quality products from Finland has been our leading theme for years.

BOLT SYSTEMS

Our unique patented bolt structure Pat 111749, United States and Europeenables the walls to to be used in easier ways than before. In addition to usercomfort this creates additio-nal safety, because the userdoes not need to bend downin order to use automatic bolts.

The wall system was designed with the uniform look of spacein mind. The folding glass walls, movable glass walls and fixedglass walls can be divided exactly to equal elements without to need for makeup panels.

With the addition of weather-proof parts the system can also be used outdoors and for terraces. This has already been tested with the salty sea-air of Australia, and it will also stand up to thecold Nordic winter conditions.

With the sealing package and sound-proof glass the productis extended to form a sound-proof wall. The locking is integ-rated into the system, enabling emergency exits and burglary proof classified glass walls. Scan-Mikael has comprehensively managed to integrate modern door equipment to glass walls. Mechanical door locks and electromechanical door locks are already commonplace.

VAHVAA KOTIMAISTA LAATUA

Siirtolasiseinäjärjestelmä on kehitetty kokonaisvaltaiseen lasitilanjakamiseen. Jaettavan tilan mukaan taivutettu kiskosto mahdollistaa suurienkin elementtien helpon siirrettävyyden. Scan-Mikael Oy:n suunnittelupalvelun avulla saadaan tilojen monikäyttöisyys esiin.

Lasiseinän vahvuus tilanjakamisessa tulee esiin silloin kun halu-taan fyysinen este ilman näköesteen muodostamista. Valvonta ja tuotteiden visuaalinen esittämien aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella mahdollistuvat lasiseinän avulla.

SALPAJÄRJESTELMÄT

Ainutlaatuinen patentoi-mamme salparakenne Pat 111749, Yhdysvallat ja Eu-rooppa mahdollistaa seinien käytön entistä helpommalla tavalla. Käyttömukavuuden lisäksi tämä muodostaa lisäturvaa, koska käyttäjän ei tarvitse kumartua käyttääk-seen automaattisalpoja.

Seinäjärjestelmä on suunniteltu tilojen yhtenäistä ulkonäköä silmälläpitäen, niin taitelasiseinät, kuin siirtolasiseinät ja kiinteät lasiseinät voidaan yhdistää tilan ehdoilla yhtenäinen ulkonäkö säilyttäen.

Järjestelmää voidaan säänkestävien osien johdosta käyttää myös ulkotiloissa ja terassikäytössä, se onkin testattu Austra-lian suolaisessa meri-ilmassa ja kestää myös kylmän pohjolan talviset olosuhteet.

Tiivistyspaketin ja ääneneristyslasin avulla tuote laajenee ää-nieristysseinäksi. Lukituksen integrointi järjestelmään mahdollis-taa hätäpoistumistiet, sekä murtosuojaluokitetut lasiseinät. Scan-mikael onkin onnistunut yhdistämään nykyaikaiset ovivarusteet lasiseiniin kattavasti. Mekaaniset ovensulkimet ja sähkömekaa-niset ovensulkimet ovatkin jo arkipäivää.

SHOPPING CENTRE CONCEPTS

The chains of shops in shopping centreswith their own furnishings, form a uniform entity which gives the shop-ping centre its characteristic appear-ance. Scan-Mikael Oy has developed a concept which enables the shop facades to look harmonious and which were designed to be modern entities, where safety is of top priority

Our patented bolt structure together with the Abloy safety locking systemprotects the business from undesirable visits. When required, the elements canbe equipped with the burglary proof class P4A (SFS –EN 356 standard) safety glass.

If security requires P6B burglary proof glass, it can also be fitted into our sys-tem.

The keywords for our concept are adjustability and versatility. From the customer’s point of view the most impor-tant feature is a safe environment and ease-of-use combined with a beautifulappearance, because the facade is thecalling card of the business.

EASY TO USEFOR DIVIDING SPACE

Folding walls are comprised from two different folding wall systems, which are made of elements hinged together. The walls are easy to use and present the possibilities for dividing spacein a novel way.

L-35-F

The system L-35-Ffolding wall is stored centrally under the main rail and L-35-FEC eccent-ric on the side of the track.

The system can be arran-ged to open to bothdirections, in whichcase we get a pair of doors in the centre.

The system’s high qualitycomponents are technical-ly superior through out,which means that openingand closing the wall is easily achieved by all users.

Taitelasiseinän ollessa suljettuna, siinä olevaa käyntiovea voi-daan käyttää kuten tavallista ovea. Matalampana ratkaisuna saadaan taiteseinistä esim kuvan kaltaisia tarjoilutilojen luukkuja.

SCM-alumiiniset liukukiskostot yhdessä kiskoon liitettävien alakattolistojen kanssa mahdollistavat kiskoston liittämisen alakattoon huomaamattoman saumattomasti.

THE DOOR

When the folded glass wallis closed, the integrated door canbe used like an ordinary door. By reducing their height folding walls can be made into serving hatches,for example, as shown in the picture.

The SCM aluminium sliding tracks together with the lower ceiling corniceattached to the rails enable the tracks to be attached to the lower ceiling seamlessly.

The folding glass walls are used in restaurantsas well as in business premises.

STYLISH SCM OFFICESScan-Mikael L-15 glass wall system for an office is made of elements which can be used for dividing, regardless of the width of the opening. The elements can be connected to create versatile offices in the already existing premises. The system elements can be added to or removed whenever the purpose of use changes.

The system’s versatility enables modernconstruction of offices by combining high

quality appearance with versatility.

Lasiseinien lippulaiva Sapphire, jonka järjestelmä käyttää SCM 85 kiskostoa. Tämän avulla voidaan toteuttaa monipuoliset varastointijärjestelmät, myös kohteissa joissa elementin paino muodostuu suureksi ääneneristyksen vuoksi.

Rakenne seinässä on 100mm vahva tuplalasitettu ääneneristys seinä, johon olemme kehittäneet mekaanisen tiivistyksen, tällä saavutetaan hyvät akustoivat ominaisuudet.

This product provides, in additionto space dividing, sound-proofingat 42 db Ia lab. The elements include automatic bolt locking and curvedtracks, which combine ease-of-usewith sound-proofing. The systemdoes not require lower tracks, whichmeans that floor surfaces are not damaged. The floor is fitted with dust-proofed floor socketsto lock the elements in place.

Duplo double-glazed is a brand newproduct in the sound-proofing class.The element surface can be made of melamine, or a laminated, veneered or double-glazed structure, which enables you to achieve a moveable sound-proofed glass wall without a vertical profile. This wall system is designed for places such as church-es, hotels, offices and numerous other locations. Especially for areas where you want versatility as well as sound-proofing.

SCM SMOKING LOUNGESCM smoking lounge was developed to createa pleasant smoking environment. At the same time the system protects the rest of the environment from cigarette smoke.

SCM smoking lounge is an advanced glass wall system, which enables simple construction taking into account the modern design. You can connect the area to the existing ventilation system or use a three-phase filter system.

The smoking area does not require separate support from the building; it stands on the floor on its own feet as an individual entity. This area is easily movable or extendable.
