PENGENALAN

Pengenalan latihan industri

Latihan Industri merupakan satu modul pengajian yang penting di dalam kurikulum pengajian di Kolej Komuniti Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia.Secara amnya tujuan modul ini adalah untuk mendedahkan pelajar kepada alam pekerjaan sebenar, terutamanya dari segi aspek aplikasi pengetahuan yang dipelajari di kolej, perhubungan kemanusiaan dan etika serta amalan keselamatan di tempat kerja. Perlaksaan modul ini memerlukan pelajar ditempatkan di syarikat atau di jabatan kerajaan yang bersesuaian untuk tempoh 1 semester (5 bulan). Pelajar perlu lulus modul Latihan Industri ini sebelum layak diperakukan untuk penganugerahan Sijil Kolej Komuniti, Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia.

1.1.1 Objektif

Objektif Latihan Industri adalah untuk membolehkan pelajar :-

Mendapat pendedahan kepada alam pekerjaan sebenar.Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran.Memahami perkaitan di antara pengetahuan yang dipelajari di bilik kuliah dengan amalan praktik di tempat latihan.Menghayati semangat kerja berpasukan dan perhubungan baik dengan pekerja di tempat latihan.Menghayati sifat jujur, amanah, berdisiplin dan bertanggungjawab.Mengamalkan peraturan keselamatan dan amalan baik di tempat latihan.Mengukuhkan keyakinan diri dan kemahiran berkomunikasiMenyediakan laporan harian dan laporan Latihan Industri.

1.2 Latar Belakang Firma

Gastri Solution ditubuhkan pada tarikh 25 Mei 2008 dan sepenuhnya menumpukan kepada industri dan Latihan ICT Center berdasarkan pemahaman terhadap liputan luas industri IT dan usaha-usaha ke perkhidmatan perundingan dan daerah R D. Gastri Solution adalah syarikat terhad swasta, 100% dimiliki oleh Bumiputera dan berdaftar dengan SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) nombor pendaftaran 071769173-A.

Gastri Solution pendekatan ke pusat latihan dan perniagaan ICT, sehingga kita mampu memusatkan sumber secara berkesan untuk membina kedudukan kompetitifkami di pasaran. Gastri Solution meyakinkan dan keyakinan bahawa syarikat ini membuat usaha serius untuk menjadi sebuah syarikat yang layak, dan mampu menangani rangkaian, kabel dan projek wayarles. Syarikat ini membawa latihan rangkaian komputer untuk bekerja sama latihan dan tidak berfungsi sama dan sukatan seperti PC Penjagaan / Rangkaian, WEB dan Multimedia, Sistem Operasi (OS) dan Pengaturcaraan Database, Aplikasi Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft access, dll)

Gastri Solution berharap akan mendapatkan lebih banyak bergerak progresif dan menguatkan dari masa ke masa dalam menghasilkan produk yang menggunakan kualiti tinggi dan dapat memenuhi kepuasan

Membaiki ,perkhidmatanuntuk komputer riba , laptop , hardware dan software.Networking=> Melakukan pemasangan kabel network , setupkabel network atau wayarles , masalah pemasangan ,penyelenggaraan , memantau kawasan rangkaian dan peranti keras tatarajah rangkaian seperti router dan switch.Pusat Latihan => Pengajaran semua peringkat pelajar. Kursus dibahagikan kepada dua bahagian a) Co-beroperasi Latihan (PC Penjagaan / Network, Multimedia Web, Sistem Operasi, Pemrograman Pangkalan Data)b) Tidak Co-beroperasi Latihan (Microsoft Aplikasi) iv. Pada service => Kami memberi sokongan teknikal dalam halaman - perkhidmatan di tempat untuk menyelesaikan masalah terjadi seperti rekonfigurasi, pemasangan, backup untuk sistem rangkaian atau server down dan pemantauan untuk rumah atau pejabat. v. CCTV => memasang, menyediakan dan penyelenggaraan dari IP CCTV melalui 3G. CCTV lain akan disediakan berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan.vi. Komputer Rental => Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan sewakomputer untuk setiap fungsi atau peristiwa. vii. Streamyx => Pendaftaran, pemasangan dan troubleshooting baris internet streamyx.

Mengenali kesemua pegawai-pegawai dan juruteknik Gastri Solution Sdn Bhd. Mendapatkan maklumat berkenaan aliran carta organisasi syarikat dan pemegang saham syarikat serta mempelajari cara-cara pengurusan syarikat Gastri Solution Sdn Bhd dari awal penubuhan Gastri Solution Sdn Bhd sehingga kini.Pada bulan pertama, pelajar latihan industri di Gastri Solution Sdn Bhd akan mempelajari mengenali jenis-jenis peralatan komputer serta hardware yang sedia ada di Gastri Solution.Turut di dedahkan dengan Pengenalan Komputer, Personal Komputer (PC), Hardware dalam casing, Mengenali Komponen Motherbord, Komponen-Komponen Komputer, Cara Kerja Komputer, dan akhir sekali adalah Praktik Menggunakan Komputer.

Kami juga diajar tentang sebutharga dan tender. Caranya Dapatkan sebutharga dimana-mana syarikat atau jabatan yang mengeluarkan syarikat sebutharga dan tender.Hantar email pada supplier mengikut quotation yang diberi.Telefon Supplier member itahu mereka bahawa kita ada hantar quotation dan mintak balas dengan cepat.Buat surat autan. (print warna)Setelah dapat spek dari supplier isi penerangan dan markapkan harga.Harga yang perlu dimarkapkan 10% sahaja.Kemudian,susun ikut susunan yangdimintak.Letak sijil-sijil syarikat sebagai bukti (yang bukan original).Pergi baiding slotem,letak plastik depan dan belakang.Kemudian, masukkan dalam sampul surat.Di sampul surat tulis no.siri atau no.sebutharga.Terakhir sekali hantar.

Belajar perbezaan broadcast address dan network address :

Broadcast AddressAddress ini digunakan untuk mengirim/menerima informasi yang harus diketahui oleh seluruh host yang ada pada suatu network. Seperti diketahui, setiap paket IP memiliki header alamat tujuan berupa IP Address dari host yang akan dituju oleh paket tersebut. Dengan adanya alamat ini, maka hanya host tujuan saja yang memproses paket tersebut, sedangkan host lain akan mengabaikannya.Tidak efisien jika ia harus membuat replikasi paket sebanyak jumlah host tujuan. Pemakaian bandwidth akan meningkat dan beban kerja host pengirim bertambah, padahal isi paket-paket tersebut sama. Oleh karena itu, dibuat konsep broadcast address. Host cukup mengirim ke alamat broadcast, maka seluruh host yang ada pada network akan menerima paket tersebut. Konsekuensinya, seluruh host pada network yang sama harus memiliki address broadcast yang sama dan address tersebut tidak boleh digunakan sebagai IP Address untuk host tertentu. Jadi, sebenarnya setiap host memiliki 2 address untuk menerima paket pertama adalah IP Addressnya yang bersifat unik dan kedua adalah broadcast address pada network tempat host tersebut berada. Address broadcast diperoleh dengan membuat seluruh bit host pada IP Address menjadi 1. Jadi, untuk host dengan IP address 167.205.9.35 atau 167.205.240.2, broadcast addressnya adalah 167.205.255.255 (2 segmen terakhir dari IP Address tersebut dibuat berharga 11111111.11111111, sehingga secara desimal terbaca 255.255). Jenis informasi yang dibroadcast biasanya adalah informasi routing.

Network AddressAddress ini digunakan untuk mengenali suatu network pada jaringan Internet. Misalkan untuk host dengan IP Address kelas B 167.205.9.35. Tanpa memakai subnet, network address dari host ini adalah 167.205.0.0. Address ini didapat dengan membuat seluruh bit host pada 2 segmen terakhir menjadi 0. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyederhanakan informasi routing pada Internet. Router cukup melihat network address (167.205) untuk menentukan kemana paket tersebut harus dikirimkan. Contoh untuk kelas C, network address untuk IP address 202.152.1.25adalah 202.152.1.0. Analogi yang baik untuk menjelaskan fungsi network address ini adalah dalam pengolahan surat pada kantor pos. Petugas penyortir surat pada kantor pos cukup melihat kota tujuan pada alamat surat (tidak perlu membaca seluruh alamat) untuk menentukan jalur mana yang harus ditempuh surat tersebut. Pekerjaan routingsurat-surat menjadi lebih cepat. Demikian juga halnya dengan router di Internet pada saat melakukan routing atas paket-paket data.

Belajar perbezaan Swicth dan Router :

Switch Ini lbh kurang mcm hub, tp yang membezakannya u able to connect berpuluh2 pc dlm satu masa,tanpa perlu risau bandwidth speed. switch gak membolehkan kita berhubung dlm satu network dgn lbh pantas (faster than the internet)switch gak boleh mengawal akses pada mana2 network.. dan banyak lagi lah.Router Ini utk forward packet data dan memastikan semua pc dlm network memperolehi akses internet.

Belajar perbezaan statistic dan dinamik :StatistikStatistik (atau perangkaan) adalah sains dan aplikasi dalam membangunkan pengetahuan manusia melalui penggunaan data empirikal. Statistik berasaskan teori statistik iaitu salah satu daripada cabang HYPERLINK http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matematiko Matematikmatematik. Dalam teori statistik, kerawakan dan ketidakpastian dimodelkan berasaskan teori kebarangkalian. Statistik termasuk perancangan, meringkaskan, dan memahami pemerhatian yang tidak menentu. Tujuan statistik adalah menghasilkan maklumat terbaikdaripada data yang ada, sesetengah orang menggolongkan statistik sebagai cabang teori keputusan. 2.3OgosBuat marketing tentang Syarikat Gastri Solution. Kami akan pergi ke setiap syarikat yang ada di sekitar Bandar Baru Bangi,Kajang,Putrajaya,Seri Kembangan,Shah Alam dan Taman Pinggiran Putra.Selain tu kami akan pergi ke Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah. Hanya PPD daerah Selangor, Sepang dan Klang.

2.4 SeptemberBelajar cara nk setup domain server. Setiap sorang akan diberi tugasan untuk belajar apa yang ada dalam server dan yang patut kita setup server tersebut. Saya dapat bahagian Domain Name System (DNS).Bahagian DNS terletak selepas Domain Controller (DC).MaksudDNS adalah :DNSadalah singkatan dari Domain Name System. Kadang-kadang diartikan sebagai Domain Name Server, jika sedang membahas server.Fungsi DNS DNS berfungsi untuk mengatur proses terjemahan nama domain ke nombor IP atau sebaliknya. DNS adalah juga sistem data base yang terdistribusi, sehingga memungkinkan setiap bahagian dari database dikelola secara terpisah. DNS bekerja dengan konsep client-server. Yang menjalankan fungsi sebagai server adalah server DNS. Di dunia *nix (Unix/Linux) biasanya dipakai program yang bernama named dari paket BIND, sedangkan di sisi klien disebut dengan resolver.Cara-cara nak setup DNS Installing Windows DNS Server 2008The first thing we will have to do is setup the DNS Role on the server that we want to use. Lets walk through that first:

NOTEThis walkthrough is for EXTERNAL DNS servers and will not include information on integrating with Active Directory or installing other components other than what is needed.1. Open Server Manager and click on Roles in the left pane and then click on Add Roles in the center pane.

2. Depending on whether you checked off to skip the Before You Begin page while installing another service, you will now see warning pages telling you to make sure you have strong security, static IP, and latest patches before adding roles to your server.If you get this page, then just click Next.

3. Next is the Select Server Roles window, and we are going to go ahead and check DNS Server in the list of possible roles.Now if you dont have a Static IP Address assigned to your server you will get the warning:

Either choose to ignore the warning and continue to install or go back and set a Static IP for the server. Either way you come back to the Select Server Roles screen, you can now choose to click Next.

4. Next is the DNS Server information screen giving some links to understanding the DNS integration with AD and other information.Of course since we are configuring an External DNS server we will click Next to continue.

5. Confirm the Installation Selections by reviewing the list and then clicking Install.

6. After a little while you should now see the Installation Results page, and hopefully see a Installation Succeeded message across from DNS Server, and then click Close.

Thats itYou have now installed the DNS Role on a Windows Server 2008. Lets go to some configuration tasks now.Please note that when you install the DNS service the server will automatically open up port 53 TPC/UDP for DNS related traffic.Configure Windows DNS Server 2008Ok, before we start configuring your server there are a few basics we should cover.Remember I said basics, because I am not going to go beyond what is needed for an External DNS server and confuse the issue, but there are other options beyond what I am going to review here.Forward Lookup Zone A DNS Zone that does lookups for the domain name to IP address. This is the most common form of zone that people will use.Reverse Lookup Zone This DNS Zone is the exact opposite of the Forward Lookup Zone and allows an IP to be assigned to a domain/hostname.NoteMost external Reverse Lookup Zones will not work unless you own your block of IPs. The ISP/WebHost service that you use will more than likely own the reverse IP records, and you will have to request them to make any changes you require.If you have gone through my earlier IIS articles you know that I have used a test domain called logfiletest.com. Lets go ahead and create a forward lookup zone for that domain.1. Open DNS Manager2. Since I am local to the server it will automatically have itself in the DNS Manager. Expand out the server then right click on Forward Lookup Zones, and then left click on New Zone.

3. Welcome to the New Zone Wizard, should be the next window you see. Go ahead and click Next.

4. Next we are going to pick a zone type. Since this is going to be the primary DNS server for logfiletest.com choose Primary Zone, and then click Next.

5. Now we are going to enter the Zone Name, in this case it is logfiletest.com. After entering the name of your zone go ahead and click Next.

6. The next window is about the zone file.Non-Active Directory zones are kept in a flat text file in %SystemRoot%system32dns on the server. You have the option of creating a new one or using one that was copied over from a different server.In our case we will use the default naming and create a new one, by clicking Next.

7. Dynamic Updates allow client computers to create and update their own resource records. For external servers this would be bad, so we will go with the Do not allow dynamic updates radio button and then click Next.

8. Completing the New Zone Wizard will be the next window and it has a review of the settings you specified during the wizard.Go ahead and click on Finish to complete the setup of the Forward Lookup Zone for logfiletest.com.

9. At the completion you will now return back to the DNS Manager, and you can see logfiletest.com is now listed under the Forward Lookup Zone folder.

Congratulations on your setupThough the domain is setup it currently has no resource records in it to resolveLets fix that and give this server a purpose.There are different types of resource records, in this case we are going to create a Host (A) record, which maps a name to an IP address.Create a Host (A) Record on Server 2008 DNSThe most basic and simple host record is going to be for a website, so lets go ahead and map the www of the domain name to the IP that the website uses.For our example, the IP of logfiletest.com is 192.168.11.5.1. Open DNS Manager2. Choose the Forward Lookup Zone you want to work with, in this case it is logfiletest.com and right click on it. Select New Host (A or AAAA) and left click on it.NoteDont be confused by the AAAA, as that is used for IPv6 records.

3. The new host window will now popup allowing you to enter the name (if blank it will use the parents domain name), which we will type in www, and fill in the IP address we want logfiletest.com to resolve to, which is 192.168.11.5.If we choose to we can associate a PTR record with this, which would create the reverse lookup. Not necessary in this case since we dont control the IPs.Click Add Host when done.

4. You will get a message that confirms the creation of the Host Record, so click OK.5. Now in the DNS Manager you will see your A resource record for www mapped to the correct IP.

6. Now lets do a quick test with NSLookup and you will see that the name resolves correctly.

PHP adalah bahasa skrip (scripting) yang boleh berinteraksi dengan server. Ia juga boleh digunakan di dalam HTML itu sendiri. Ini bermakna PHP dan HTML boleh digabungkan bersama.

Ini menjadikan PHP ini lebih senang difahami berbanding dengan pesaingnya yang lain seperti ASP, Cold Fusion, JSP, Perl, Python dan lain-lain. PHP telah dicipta terutama untuk kegunaan sistem berasaskan web dan boleh menghubungkan iaitu query database menggunakan simple task yang boleh diuruskan dengan 3-4 baris kod sahaja. PHP ini juga disokong oleh perisian pengkalan data Open Source lain seperti- Mysql dan Apache. HASIL DAPATAN KERJA

4.1 Step by step to install Kaspersky Anti-virus is :

Step 1Run the installation file downloaded from the Kaspersky website. You will see the following dialog window:

Please NoteAt the time that I writting this article the current version was as you can see ( 9.0.0.463 ) and the antivirus was named 2010. Those are commercialnames given to such products to make you believe that this is an antivirus with one year ahead the competitionand probably it's true. If it's confusing, try to remember only the current version ( 9.0.0.463 ). What I wanted to tell you is to look at the version number, since the design of this antivirus may change but the steps to complete an installation would remain the same even if you will use a newer version than this ( at the time that you will read this article ).

Step 2In this window you need to read the license agreement carefully and if you agree with all terms and conditions listed click on the I agree button to continue.-

-Step 3Again, a second window tells you to read the following terms of participation in Kaspersky Security Network. If you agree with all of these terms make sure to check the little box called I accept the terms of participation in Kaspersky Security Networkand click on Install button.

Step 4The antivirus will start to install on your computer and it may take a minute or two depending on your computer performance ( it took approximately 2-3 minutes, I used a notebook ) so please be patient, in the meantime you will probably see a temporary window that says Installation in progress.

Step 5Finally after the temporary installation window closes you will see a window that asks you to activate the application. What we need to do is, to choose the first radio button called Activate commercial licence and do the serial number, then to click on the Next button.-

You need to have an available Internet connection since the antivirus will connect to the licence server and ask for a 3days trial licence. In a couple of seconds you should see a message that says Activation procedure completed - Key file is successfully installed. So you can test now this antivirus for 3days. To continue choose Next.

The installation is complete, however there is something that you need to do before scanning your computer or benefit from all features of this antivirus. In the following window make sure that the box Start Kaspersky Anti-Virusis checked and then click on Finish button.

Latihan insdustri ini merupakan salah satu syarat yang wajib perlu di ikuti oleh semua pelajar kolej komuniti untuk penganugerahan Sijil Kolej Komuniti Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia.Melalui sesi latihan industri ini, pelajar bukan sahaja mendapat meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan dalam bidang masing-masing, malah pelajar juga didedahkan dengan teknik penyediaan dan penulisan laporan. Melalui pengalaman ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi diri untuk menonjol dalam pasaran kerja dalam bidang berkaitan setelah tamat pengajian.

Saranan atau cadangan kepada pihak firma, bagi mewujudkan suasana kerja dan latihan yang bersesuaian dengan masa dan keadaan untuk pelajar yang menjalani latihan industri di mana-mana firma. Mengambil berat berkenaan kebajikan pelajar yang menjalankan latihan,memberikan penerangan dan tunjuk ajar yang cukup kepada pelajar berkaitan firma dan operasi yang berkaitan dengan kursus yang diambil oleh pelatih sewaktu di Kolej Komuniti bagi memastikan pelatih dapat mendalami kursus yang diambil melalui latihan industri ini.Ini membolehkan pelajar mengaitkan teori yang dipelajari dengan mempraktikannya sewaktu menjalani Latihan Industri, memahami konsep dan tujuan Latihan Industri yang dijalankan oleh pelajar,tidak mengambil kesempatan membebankan pelajar dengan tugas-tugas syarikat yang melampaui batas dan menjalinkan kerjasama yang erat dengan pihak Kolek Komuniti agar proses penempatan pelajar lebih cekap dan efisyen.

Berfikiran lebih positif dan matang dalam menangani segala masalah yang timbul sama ada dalam kehidupan seharian mahupun dalam tempoh pengajian , menjalinkan hubungan baik dengan pihak firma meskipun pelajar telah menamatkan Latihan Industri , menghargai jasa-jasa dan tunjuk ajar yang diberikan oleh para pensyarah sebelum dan selepas menjalani Latihan Industri .Latihan Industri ini dijalankan di semester ketiga pelajar. Ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelajar mempraktikkan setiap apa yang dipelajari sepanjang berada di Kolej Komuniti Hulu Langat. Dan juga dapat menambahkan serta memperluaskan ilmu pengetahuan pelajar dalam bidang yang dipelajari, mengambil berat soal disiplin yang seterusnya membentuk sahsiah diri yang terpuji, pelajar lebih berkeyakinan dalam meneruskan kehidupan seharian sama ada di dalam kehidupan atau sewaktu pengajian, ini menjadikan Latihan Industri sebagai panduan untuk masa hadapan. Dan akhir sekali , diharapkan pelajar yang telah selesai menjalani Latihan Industri dapat mengambil pengalaman. pengajaran dan pengetahuan semasa menajalani Latihan Industri.
