Fugitive emissions in the work zone environment are measured as VOC at

various locations and reported time to time. Raw materials sampling and

charging are done at production material dispensing area. Internal inhouse VOC

monitoring also carried out result attach in Annexure - 1.The results of the VOC

equipment so as to ensure/ maintain the efficiency of the recovery system. The

records of leak tests performed by the maintenance team as well as the third

party inspection is attached here as Annexure-2.

Also the proper ventilation of the area is ensured.

iv The overall noise levels in and

around the plant area shall be

kept well within the standards

by providing noise control

measures including acoustic

hoods, silencers, enclosures etc.

on all sources of noise

generation. The ambient noise

levels shall conform to the

standards prescribed under

Environment (Protection) Act,

1986 Rules, 1989 viz. 75 dBA

(day time) and 70 dBA (night

time).

The overall noise levels in and around the plant area is kept well within the

standards by providing noise control measures including acoustic hoods,

silencers, encloses etc. on all sources of noise generation. Ambient noise levels

are being monitored regularly. It is mandatory for workers to use PPE’s such as

ear plugs/ear muffs in high noise area.

The ambient noise levels is under the standards prescribed under Environment

Protection act, 1986 Rules, 1989 viz. 75 dB(A) (day time) & 70 dB(A) (night

time).

Equipment generating high noise are equipped with Acoustic enclosures;

regular maintenance, lubrication and vibration pads are assured for such

The project proponent shall

inform the public that the

project has been accorded

environmental clearance by the

Ministry and copies of the

clearance letter are available

with the SPCB

seen at Website of the Ministry

at http://envfor.nic.in. This

the clearance letter, at least in

two local newspapers that are

widely circulated in the region

of which one shall be in the

locality concerned and a copy

Office of the Ministry.

We have obtained the EC in year 2010 vide letter no. F.No: J-11011/690/2008-

IA (I) dated 23rd December 2010, and inform the public that the project has

been accorded environmental clearance letter and advertised in two local

newspapers that are widely circulated in the region with one in the vernacular

language Gujarati and another in English as per below details;

1. Gujarati News Paper Gujarat Samachar, Dt.02/01/2011,

2. English News Paper Times of India, Dt. 02/01/2011.

The copies of the newspapers are attached here as Annexure-14.

Construction work is going on at site for API plant facility and We have

obtained EC Extension vide file No: J-11011/186/2009-IA (I), dated 5th March

2018 up to 23rd December 2020. EC extension letter is enclosed as Annexure-9.

xix The project authorities shall

inform the Regional Office as

well as the Ministry, the date of

financial closure and final

approval of the project by the

concerned authorities and the

date of start of the project.

We are periodically submitting the Monthly Patraks, Monthly Returns, Annual

Returns such as Water Cess, Form-4 Hazardous Waste Returns, Form-V

Environment Statement, etc. as a part of informing the authorities for the

environmental status / conditions during the financial years. The proof of

submission is enclosed as Annexure-8.
