Over a decade ago, Eva-Last® was founded by a passionate and driven team that recognised the lack of environmentally conscientious,
practical or durable construction solutions available. Years of research and continual product refinement has resulted in Eva-Last® gaining
recognition as a leader of the composite construction industry, both locally and abroad.
Eva-Last® is founded on the principle of providing exceptional products and services. We take pride in developing advanced solutions that
are robust yet easy to use. Most importantly, however, we value lasting relationships, both with our environment and with our community.
We have had the unique position of being involved (and continue to be so) in all stages of the composite industry, from production to
installation. As a result, Eva-Last® has a distinctive blend of practical and technical knowledge that we use to assist owners, developers,
architects and building professionals alike in achieving their design objectives.
Eva-Last® strives to continually improve and innovate. To deliver revolutionary products and attentive support to all our customers.

Technology range:
The innovation of co-extrusion technology resulted in the development of our InfinityTM range. This
advancement allowed for the cellulose-polymer composite to be wrapped in a protetective cap, further
improving the product’s longevity. Eva-Last®’s engineered polymer coat is loaded with a variety of additives
that result in an extremely robust outer layer. This layer protects the products from weathering and
biodegraddation, even within particularly harsh conditions.

OriginsTM incorporates our co-extrusion process but utilises a lower specification outer layer. This secondary
option provides a more cost effective but less durable alternative to Infinity. The variation in technology also
results in a slightly different pallet of colours.
Eva-techTM is our first generation material technology. The engineered cellulose-polymer composite consists
primarily of bamboo and high density polyethylene. Additives are incorporated, enhancing the materials’
durability and colour-fastness. The resultant products are weather resistant and avaliable in several natural
colours.
Eva-tech™ Eclipse is the most recent advancement in Eva-Last®’s first generation decking material
technology. The original Eva-tech™ board receives a second layer of Eva-tech™ material charged with a
high concentration of UV stabilisers and colourants. This capping layer provides additional protection to the
board and allows for the generation of detailed colours. The incorporation of bamboo fibres in the outer layer
gives a timber texture to the board yielding a depth to the colour aesthetic.

CladdingCLIPCLAD is a revolutionary cladding system designed to be conveniently quick and simple to install. The adaptable clip substructure is easily fastened directly to a wall or suitable frame system. The cladding boards simply click into place. No fastening of boards is required. This reduction in fixings minimises the installation time, improves the longevity of the system and provides an unblemished finish. The clip solution also optimises any expansion and contraction experienced by the boards. Incorporating Eva-Last®’s engineered composite and advanced coating technologies into this system results in a robust and long-lasting solution, resistant to the harshest weather and biodeterioration conditions.

TITAN STRUCTURAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS
TITAN pedestals are height-adjustable support systems that can allow for slope corrections. There are a variety of applications for TITAN pedestals
including the support of decking, paving blocks, water features, drainage gratings, roofing and flooring. The wide base design prevents damage to
waterproof membranes placed below the support system.
*For a uniformly distributed load acting evenly over the applicable spacer or cradle surface. For heights greater than 400 mm the pedestal base should be appropriately fixed to the foundation
system. Refer to TITAN Installation Points.

The Eva-techTM composite batten support system offers a simple and effective substructure solution for easy
installation. The batten is placed atop a rubber support pad (to allow for drainage) and then nailed into the existing
base structure. Eva-Last® composite decking profiles are subsequently installed above this. This can be utilised as
either a flooring or walling application. It is advisable to use the Titan support pedestals for use atop waterproofing
membranes and not the composite batten system.

Benefits of G-struct:
It is prudent to utilise a substructure system that matches the lifespan of your deck. When selecting timber be sure to consider the intended
application and the local building codes. Eva-Last® offers several timber solutions based on the requirements of the deck. Standard H3 level pine is
available for the continental highveld climate. H4 to H6 level pine which is available for alternative applications such as Mediterranean climates and
coastal areas. H3 level pine beams and H4 level gum poles are regularly stocked.
