DIALOGUE

Situation:

Dialogue between Thomas, Howard and Teele in London.

Main informations:

-Thomas wants to fire Okono « What we have here is a clear case of dishonesty. »

-Howard is more interested « in the end than in the means ». « Business is done differently from place to place. »

-Teele wants an explication from Okono « I really can't see firing him without at least getting an explanation. »

« Wilson will not fail in Ghana as long as I am allowed to direct the subsidiary's policies as I see fit.  »

-Okono has good relations with his employees

-Okono knows both cultures thanks to his studies

-Teele and Howard don’t know Ghana culture

-Ian is director of the West African divison but he doesn’t seem to know this culture better
