Note: this file contains correspondence between MoD and a Kent UFOlogist pertaining to the alleged UFO incident reported near the home of the former Home Secretary, Michael Howard, in 8 March 1997. The contents largely duplicate papers opened in two previous tranches of files released in February 2010 (DEFE 24/1994/1 ) and August 2010 (DEFE 24.1926/1 and DEFE 24/2013/1).
