With this presentation I would like to show you the way in which is possible to analize our athletes and player in order to prevent injuries.

Why the video analysis?

The idea of using this type of investigation comes from the need to analyze and

objectify the biomechanical point of view, studying in a scientific way the gesture of the high-level athlete, the amateur and

the subjects developmental.

Create, on the basis of the data collected, the training protocols individualized and targeted,

to improve the weaknesses highlighted.

Why the video analysis?

The Protocol provides:

Test Prevention.

Strength test.

Training Ideomotor.

Test the quality of the recovery.

It helps the athlete to be more aware of where and how he moves through space by optimizing the movement and making it more reasonable and economical

The methodology used to prepare the soccer is in constant evolution, new methods and applications are always proposed but I am convinced that thanks to THIS ROAD it is possible to evaluate in an effective way and constantly the athletes examined, with the advantage of being able to test them (in certain circumstances) without interrupting your workout, its fluidity and intensity enforceable
