INSURANCEANDHOLDHARMLESSAGREEMENTSTothemaximumextentpermittedbylaw,exhibitorshallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheorganizers,virtualconferencesoftwareprovider,theiragentsandemployees,andco-sponsoringagenciesforallclaimsarisingfromactivitiesoftheexhibitor/sponsor,itsemployees,agents,invitees,andlicenseesatorinconnectionwiththeTWSAnnualConference.
TAXESANDLICENSESExhibitorshallberesponsibleforobtaininganylicenses,permits,orapprovalsrequiredunderlocal,state/province,orfederallawapplicabletoitsactivityattheconference.
CANCELLATIONSANDREFUNDSIntheunlikelyeventofcancellationbytheorganizersorforanyreasonorfactoroutsidethecontroloftheorganizers,itiswithinthesolediscretionoftheorganizerstodecideoncreditsand/orrefundsfortheregistrationfee.Theorganizersshallnotbeliabletorefundanyexpensesincurredbyregistrantsortheirorganizations.
