Before going for main show, it is pertinent to mention about the invention done prior to this invention; which is TEJJ Cycle having several advantages over
existing system & which has been prototyped & tested successfully.
Existing cycle
• Due to circular motion of paddles, torque is intermittently available.
• One leg driving at a time only is possible.
• While exerting force more than body weight; total body gets strain & fatigue.
• Crippled person can use only hand for driving.
TEJJ Cycle
• Torque is continuously available.• Driver can use both the legs for
driving when ever required.• Driver can exert force more than
body’s weight without any fatigue in upper body.
• Crippled person can use EVEN HIS ABLE LEG for driving.
In Cycle, since its invention, above limitations existed & were improved upon successfully by Rajev Naik. Concept proving prototype has been made.
Similarly, for IC Engines; next paradigm shift can be brought about by TEJJ Constant Torque IC Engine.

TEJJ CYCLE IN ACTION(HOW SIMPLE IMPROVEMENTS JUDICIOUSLY APPLIED CAN LEAD TO
DRAMATIC IMPROVEMENT IN PERFORMANCE)
In Cycle, driver changes applied force on paddles judiciously & TEJJ cycle torque wave isNOT EAXCTLY CONSTANT; but is a form of TRUNCATED SINE WAVE but continuous innature. Even this has resulted in significant improvement in cycle speed.
In TEJJ IC Engine; with MAXIMUM COMBUSTION FORCE APPLIED CONTINUOUSLY ON PISTONS; as you will observe, torque will be continuous & equal to maximum of Sine wave torque. The resultant improvement in performance will be tremendous.

POWER STROKES FOR CYLINDER NOS.
1.NO POWER IS AVAILABLE FOR 630 TO 720 DEGREES OF ROTATION.NEW POWER STARTS ONLY AT 720 DEG.
2.ALMOST HALF OF THE STROKES ARE NOT CONVERTED EFFICIENTLY IN TORQUE; FORCE IS WASTED IN STRETCHING OR COMPRESSING CRANKSHAFT.
3. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN EMIMINATED IN CRANKS PLACED 180 DEGREES APART.

0 180 360 540 720 900 1080 1260
CONTINUOUS TORQUE EQUAL TO MAXIMUM OFSINE WAVE TORQUEIndividual rectangles present individual cylinder generated torques
•This torque wave form is clearly superior to existing system INTERMITTANT SINE WAVE TORQUE & will contribute to best efficiencies possible from an IC Engine.
•The investment for developing this idea will also earn you CARBON CREDITS.
•Specific fuel consumption for vehicles fitted with TEJJ Engine might reduce by almost 50%.
•This type of opportunity for causing PARADIGM SHIFT in entire industry hardly comes even once in a life time; now your decision can only cause or postpone (I know some day some one will definitely help) this paradigm shift.

FURTHER THOUGHTS
• Unidirectional bearings / electromechanical clutch is HEART of this invention & it must be able to operate in desired manner with utmost reliability.
• For ensuring this, I have checked for unidirectional bearings / electromechanical clutch efficacy by sending enquiry to manufacturers regarding their capability to operate for such applications as mentioned above.
• I came to know from them that these devices can work for only up to 600 rpm & not at engine rpm of 3-5 thousand rpm.
• Devising reliable unidirectional devices for operating at such high rpm is now a challenge & I would request readers to guide / advise me for the same.
• Many engines like those for ship run at relatively less rpm & my invention can be used for improving their efficiency right now.
• In case any manufacturer / institutions is ready to partner with me for this project, kindly contact me at the earliest at [email protected] or cal me on +919424140739.
