FILM CUTTING TABLE

This table is used for cutting EVA and back sheet for solar panel.The EVA and PV back sheet is designed to protect the inner components of the module, specifically the photovoltaic cells and electrical components from external stresses as well as act as an electric insulator.

GLASS WASHER MACHINE

•This machine is used for washing glass of solar panel.•It cleans the glass and after cleaning make it dry.

LAYUP STATION

This machine is used for assembling of cell string , EVA, back sheet /PET on glass and after that giving connection of panel.Also used for checking short circuit current and open circuit voltage.

panel.• It detect the faults like braking or cracking of

solar cells.

SOLAR PANEL MODULE LAMINATOR

FUNCTION In the manufacturing of photovoltaic modules,

the laminator machine is of fundamental importance in curing the EVA, to join the layers that form the module and remove all air from between them. When the materials in the photovoltaic module have been placed on the glass, they undergo a heat treatment that converts the EVA into a type of gel that encapsulates all the layers to form a very strong and compact sandwich.
