Smelly socks By Robert Munsch

1.  Color  the  picture  of  the  sock  any  way  you  like.  2.   The  animals  in  this  story  had  various  strong  

reac<ons  to  the  smell  of  Tina's  socks.  Write  a  sentence  for  each  animal  from  the  story  describing  what  they  did  as  a  result  of  smelling  the  socks.**  

**  I  have  included  two  versions;  one  with  lines  and  one  without.  Choose  whatever  would  work  best  for  the  age  kids  you’re  working  with.  I’ve  found  that  younger  writers  tend  to  write  bigger  when  there’s  a  large  space  to  fill,  so  the  lines  help  keep  that  in  check.
