The themed house will be located on the FHSU campus just north of Lewis Field Stadium.
When will the project be completed? Construction is scheduled to be completed
summer of 2017 What who can live in the chapter house?
Any member who is considered a full time student.

Wood floor upgrade to common areas. Sleeping areas will be carpeted.
Wood base/crown, wood wrapped columns and wood coffered ceiling.

Digital wall covering that includes crest and or house letters.

Additional Information General Building Information
The chapter house can house 24 members. The building will have 1 residential advisor living in a private apartment. A university custodian will provide general house cleaning and supplies. The university will care and maintain the building and grounds. Each sleeping room will be provided with a desk, dresser, twin bed and open
closet per occupant. The university will provided appropriate furniture for community spaces. Community rooms are re-enforced and double as storm shelters. The building will be closed during summer and winter breaks. It will remain
open for spring and fall break.

Additional Information Resident Information
Residents of the chapter house will enter into a housing agreement with the university and pay room and board rates directly to FHSU.
The university will provide and pay for water, heating, AC, electricity, sewage, trash, cable and internet to the chapter house.
Freshmen and Sophomores will be required to purchase a meal plan according to the residential life policy.
Applicable housing scholarships can be used towards payment for chapter housing. Housing costs are approximated at $4300 a semester with a meal plan or $2400
without a meal plan (based off of the 2015 pricing).

Sigma Sigma Sigma In July 2015, Tri Sigma Board Members and NHQ Staff chose the $20,000
upgrade housing option for the Tri Sigma townhouse.
This option includes: Wood laminate flooring Upgraded lighting A feature wall to be designed in conjunction with graphic artists.
Sigma Sigma Sigma Timeline
Funds for the upgrades are due in the Spring of 2017 (April) with the townhome projected to open in the Fall of 2017 (August).

1898 Proposal 1898 is the year that Tri Sigma was founded. We are proposing that each alumnae member donate $18.98 for
the next 18 months (Nov 2015 - April 2017). $341.64 total donation with $18.98 monthly contribution $360 total donation with $20.00 monthly contribution
Will need 59 donors at $18.98 to meet $20,000 goal.
