3PrimeServGreen – Grow green with us
Present in every key market and major port
MAN Diesel & Turbo engines are known for their
quality and longevity. We regard our business as
a global affair, but with a rooted local presence and a
distinguished field service management. We provide
tailor made service and first class technical support for
every customer – 365 days a year, 24 hours per day.
Instant service for decades of operation
Our key mission is to maintain engines in operation
for decades by offering upgrade technology and
"state-of-the-art" service. We therefore established
decentralized and self-reliant service centers all over
the globe. Highly qualified employees thoroughly
dedicated to their task offer solutions that comprise
precision, availability and flexibility.
PrimeServ – Serving all purposes
PrimeServ supports an entire product life cycle from
delivery to resale. It includes a fast and far reaching
network, rapid processes, technical competence
and high solution orientation. Of course only genuine
spare parts and upgrading parts are used to provide
longevity.
PrimeServGreen – One with the environment and regulations
Although shipping is already the most efficient form
of goods transportation, it plays an important role:
Increasing globalization is set to raise the amount of
goods travelling by sea. Against this background,
it is for us even more essential to provide efficient
and environmental friendly solutions. It doesn't matter
whether it's for new parts or for engines in service.
The following pages list all our green products which
help our esteemed customers to encounter and em-
brace complex environmental regulations, like IMO
number or SEEMP.
Upgrade productsMore efficiency – Less emissions
PrimeServGreenIntegral responsibility for the world's goods transport
For MAN Diesel & Turbo, as one of the world's leading manufacturers of large-bore
diesel and gas fueled engines, protecting the environment plays a crucial role –
as it does for our customers. We therefore concentrated our engagement under
one name: PrimeServGreen. Our engineers are developing technologies to reduce
emissions and are working successfully on new ways of increasing the efficiency
of your engines and propulsion systems.
More than half of the world’s commercial goods are transported with MAN Diesel
& Turbo engines. With this responsibility comes the mandate to lead by example.
Green products with a competitive advantage
PrimeServGreen unifies in one term all our prod-
ucts that raise efficiency and reduce emissions.
It serves as a beacon summing up all the cher-
ished benefits of our product range of reduced
emissions and optimized efficiency. New upgrade
products incorporate this new and creative thinking
by offering even more efficiency and lower emissions.
Integration comes into play when existing engines
in use need green update products. Especially for
these types PrimeServGreen also sets the same
green standard as for new products.
Expanding our network and availability
For our clients proximitiy of, and prompt service is a
key factor. We can provide quick help due to our near-
by location in the most important major harbors
worldwide. With new locations opening up every year
our network maintains a natural growth and becomes
even tighter. This adds to our green balance as we
can keep travel distances low for both employees and
equipment.
