Provides recycled water for onsite use for hose bibs for washing operations, spray water for screens, fluidizing water for grit removal and sludge dewatering as well as plant landscaping
Use of Recycled Southland WWTF Process Water For Construction
Use for construction purposes needs to be permitted by Regional Water Quality Control Board
Water would be stored in a construction water tower
Would need to be tested for qualification as disinfected secondary-23 recycled water
Users would need to be registered and trained by District staff to ensure safe use
Use would be restricted to NCSD service area

Construction Water Tower $50,000
