Use of Recycled Southland WWTF Process Water For Construction

Use for construction purposes needs to be permitted by Regional Water Quality Control Board

Water would be stored in a construction water tower

Would need to be tested for qualification as disinfected secondary-23 recycled water

Users would need to be registered and trained by District staff to ensure safe use

Use would be restricted to NCSD service area
