1.Peppermint may also be referred to as ‘Peppermint Technology’ and ‘Peppermint Technology, Inc.’
2. The names mentioned in (1) are the sole property of Peppermint™3. Peppermint’s business decisions are made by Noah Worcester, CEO, who owns 90% of the interest of Peppermint and all of it’s subsidiaries (Peppermint does not currently have any subsidiaries) 4. Noah Worcester is the only member of Peppermint authorized to make purchases on behalf of Peppermint. 5. Peppermint’s Articles of Organization are filed centrally and available upon request.
Prototype Funding Request1. Peppermint™ plans on contracting with several local companies who offer prototyping services.
2. Peppermint plans to use contractors who are local to the state of Missouri, a minimum of 80 percent of any funding received will go towards local businesses.3. Peppermint has invested approximately 7600 into prototyping4. Peppermint has estimated the costs of prototyping the Peppermint Smarthome Platform to be $22560.00
a. This number includes the estimated monetary cost of research, however
b. This number does not include reimbursement for hours spent on administrative duties.
